Dustin Campbell and Haydee Campbell have served with Youth With A Mission in the Philippines, Thailand, the Indochina region, and the United States for 27 years. They got married in 2001, and their family has grown to include two active teenagers and a college student (Michaella, Lemuel, and Justin). As singles and as a couple, they have focused on training, staffing, and leading Discipleship Training Schools (DTS) since being on the mission field. They have also served on base leadership teams and national leadership training teams. Their hearts are set on seeing trained staff and leaders fully equipped to face all the challenges in the mission field. They firmly believe that well-equipped staff and leaders will produce excellent schools, which, in turn, will raise up the much-needed missionaries for today’s world. Additionally, they have taught and served with YWAM in 18 countries, impacting thousands of missionary students and personally mentoring hundreds of missionaries in their careers.
Currently, the Campbell family is part of a pioneering team to establish YWAM in Lynchburg, Virginia, where they are reaching out to college students to be the next wave of missions going forth. Dustin and Haydee are the campus leaders.
