In this course students will develop a foundational understanding of how the body was created by God and why it is important to the life of every Christian.

Coach Tim Powers Bio

Coach has invested over 65 years of his life in developing an acute understanding of the Human Body and how it ultimately functions at it’s best. As a “Human Performance Specialist,” he has instructed and taught individuals, groups, organizations and agencies internationally for the past 43 years.

Coach has presented over 3000 clinics, seminars, camps and keynote addresses to over 300,000 people. Specializing in “Performance Enhancement,” he has had the great pleasure in working with all branches of the United States Military, municipal, county, state and federal law enforcement. Mr.Powers has trained with Olympic athletes, professional and college athletes from the NFL, MLB, Soccer, Rugby and NASCAR.

Academically, he was both a masters and doctorate student and holds professional certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine ; The National Strength and Conditioning Association, ; USA Weightlifting; USA Track and Field ; and The Justice System Training Association. His ultimate achievement has been with involvement with Youth With a mission since 2007 on 5 continents. His two books entitled, “ The Seven Steps to Personal Safety “ and “Fit to Serve,” have inspired thousands worldwide.
