Want to join our staff?
Great! We’re always looking for dedicated youth to risk it all to spread the gospel. If you are full of passion & willing to obey God we’ll send you off to a mission as soon as you are ready and will mentor you along the way. It’s a big commitment as staff serve for a minimum of two years.
Your first step to staffing includes completing a University of the Nations Discipleship Training School (IDS 701/702), better know as DTS. We offer this course right at our Fulton Hill Campus twice a year. Click here to discover more about DTS in Virginia.
After DTS you can apply to become an intern or staff depending upon your experience in missions. Begin your journey as a YWAM Virginia staffer here.
