King's Kids Family Ministries

The mission of King’s Kids is to lead children, youth, and families worldwide into a proven knowledge of God, bring Him joy and together make Him known to all peoples.

King’s Kids Families

creating new generations of faith

King’s Kids International is a pioneering, family-based youth ministry that was founded in 1976 in Hawaii by Dale and Carol Kauffman. Since then, hundreds of intergenerational missions teams have mobilized throughout Asia, the Pacific, the Americas, Western and Eastern Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

King’s Kids discipleship teams have reached out to serve the poor and have impacted the wealthy. They have proclaimed God’s love in a wide variety of national and international outreaches and events.

King’s Kids International welcomes your participation in the battle for the hearts and minds of the emerging generation. Please consider joining us through prayer, financial giving, personal training and outreach involvement. To join a King’s Kids outreach team we suggest you go to YWAM’s North American and International King’s Kids’ websites.

Is your church ready to develop an intergenerational missional community?

Today, many families are linking together with other families to create communities (teams) where children can grow in a real and relevant knowledge of God. Parents want their kids to really “own” their Christian faith, to step out of their comfort zones to love others in the power and grace of Jesus Christ.

In short, parents want to raise “World Christians.” For this to happen, Christianity must be CAUGHT rather than TAUGHT, passed on “contagiously” through modeling/mentoring relationships in which all age groups contribute to the development of the emergent generation.

Over the years, King’s Kids has successfully incorporated biblical principles and values into hands-on training programs for countless youth workers–in all sorts of ministry contexts–including the local church. We call this mobilizing relationship with local churches the “Go Network”.

Go Network

The King’s Kids GO Network is a partnership between YWAM/King’s Kids and local churches in which churches have the opportunity to use
he King’s Kids model, principles and materials while retaining their own ministry name, identity and leadership.

The GO Network application process is a relationship-building time in which interested parties become acquainted with and committed to the YWAM/King’s Kids Purpose, Principles and Values.

The desired result of the GO Network is to see a growing number of whole families–brothers, sisters, parents and grandparents–enter into
a firsthand knowledge of God together, leading them to want to make God known to others–as a unified team. In this way, the King’s Kids GO
Network serves as a bridge for missions-minded local churches, providing access to international missions resources, such as:

* Curriculum and materials suggestions
* Leadership training
* Strategic planning with other GO Network teams
* Invitations to YWAM/King’s Kids local, national and international
events and outreaches
